Schools in Rural Uganda Are Getting Connected

Emmanuel Kimuli,   Teach For Uganda   Fellow

In these rural communities ,just a handful of children have access to mobile phones and radio sets. An overwhelming majority can't even access basic phones. Therefore, the majority of the children are likely to grow up with a very limited knowledge of the technology world. This is undoubtedly the greatest injustice  in a world that is increasingly becoming more technology driven! Something must be done to reverse this trend as fast as possible. Every technology tool that we can obtain is paramount as we work towards ending this injustice.
